TTdictionary for iOS: 93 dictionaries in one app, AI assistant, your own words, and Premium
TTdictionary for iOS now hosts 93 dictionaries — every dictionary we publish on Android, in one app. Also new: an AI assistant, your own words and edits, and Premium. Next up: sync between Android and iOS.
This update is for TTdictionary on the App Store — the single iOS app that hosts all our offline dictionaries.
93 dictionaries in one app
The catalogue grew from 56 to 93 dictionaries. Every dictionary we publish as a separate app on Google Play is now available inside the one iOS app — Russian, English, German, Turkish, Ukrainian, Azerbaijani and many more language pairs, plus the explanatory, synonym, etymology and specialist dictionaries. Download only the ones you need; once downloaded they work fully offline.
AI assistant
Tap the AI button on any word page and pick a ready-made command:
- Definition and context
- Synonyms, antonyms and idioms
- Etymology and historical origins
- Pronunciation guide
- Common errors and usage tips
Commands match the language of the dictionary. When the answer arrives you can replace the existing definition, add to it, save it as a note attached to the word, or share it. Repeated questions are answered from memory without a new request.
Free users have per-minute, hourly and daily limits; the current usage is shown right in the dialog. Premium members get considerably wider limits.
Add your own words
A word missing from the dictionary can now be created from the search page. Type it, choose the word language, and either write the definition yourself or let the AI generate it. If the word already exists, the app takes you to it instead of creating a duplicate.
Existing entries got an Edit button. Your additions and edits stay in the dictionary and work offline like everything else.
Premium
Premium is now available in Settings: no ads, no feature limits, higher AI quota. If you already purchased Premium, use “Restore purchases” on a new device. The free version keeps working with ads, as before.

- Stability fixes in search, Flashcards and Quiz.
Coming next: sync between Android and iOS
We are working on syncing your data between the Android and iOS apps — favorites, bookmarks, notes, history, and the words you add or edit — so you can switch devices without losing anything. We will announce it here when it ships.
