Home screen widgets
Word of the day, a word list, or a flashcard session, right on the home screen.
Three widgets bring the dictionary to the home screen. Word of the day shows a single word; the list widget shows words from a source you choose; the training widget runs a flashcard session without opening the app.
When adding a widget you pick the source (word of the day, favorites, a bookmark, random), text size, style and colour, sort order, and the number of words. A word can be favorited or spoken directly from the widget, and tapping it opens the app on that word.
